Volunteering with D-Day Museum

Volunteering with us

The D-Day Museum is currently undergoing a major transformation and will reopen in spring 2018. We are still looking for volunteers to help us promote the museum while it is closed.

D-Day Events Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to help us run our pop up museum which will be visiting events around the city in 2017. It features D-Day related family activities, such as dressing up, the opportunity to handle artefacts and the chance to record family memories of D-Day.

You are welcome to bring children or young people to volunteer at the events with you. If you would like to do this, please complete the 'family volunteers' application form. Please be aware that parents or carers are responsible for children and young people at all times during the period they are volunteering. Children must be aged 8 or above to volunteer with us.
