Aisha Powley aged 12
The landing craft at the D-Day Museum is one of Aisha’s favourite exhibits and this inspired her to design her own boat using paints and textiles.  Aisha did not want her picture to be boring and has used a variety of colours that reminded her of the fires that were started by the air raids.
